Led regional growth initiatives by defining strategic priorities, building a rep network, enhancing brand visibility, and launching a B2B Shopify site to drive sales and CRM efficiency.
Developed regional strategies to expand DTC, B2B, and Amazon channels, managing P&L, product marketing, creative direction, and launching subscriptions on Shopify.
Spearheaded the development and launch of a registry marketplace, handling P&L, product design, vendor relations, and the product roadmap.
Replatformed the Milwaukee-based gifting business to Shopify and have created product upload and merchandising processes for both private retail and corporate clients. Managing all marketing including LinkedIn, Social, Email and direct outreach.
Provided executive leadership across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, increasing web traffic and leads, restructuring the company, and clearing aged inventory.
Launched new consumer DTC brand, digital showroom, and commercial website; oversaw omni-channel growth, S&OP, and restructuring for digital expansion.
Directed regional digital and ecommerce strategy, including sales forecasting, analytics, and B2B marketing across Amazon and other channels.
Worked on the launch team for TONE by AMP, a personal care brand from top You Tube streamer Kai Cenat and his AMP crew. Responsible for all email, customer service, policy and operational set up on ShopifyPlus, launching Gorgias for customer service. Currently Serving as the Fractional Customer Experience Lead.
Launched a Shopify site for B2B and B2C, integrating Amazon and drop-ship fulfillment to expand sales channels and streamline fulfillment.
Built and launched ShopBAZAAR, an ecommerce marketplace, securing early-stage funding from AMEX and Estée Lauder. Led digital programs, ad sales, and brand marketing to drive growth, while organizing high-profile events to enhance visibility and engagement.
Executed a Direct to Consumer (DTC) restructuring, including customer segmentation & retention model profiling, migrating to a new paid performance agency, created a new monthly content strategy leveraging influencers and video, and support the migration from a home-grown ecommerce platform to Shopify Plus and worked on the business model for international expansion and Amazon sales.
